What We Treat

Mental health and co-occurring conditions — treated together.

Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self-Harm, Addiction — they rarely travel alone. We specialize in treating the whole person, including co-occurring conditions that other programs treat separately.

🧠

Dual Diagnosis

Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders treated simultaneously — because treating one without the other rarely works.

🌿

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma-informed care is woven into everything we do. It’s our lens. Also included are EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic-informed therapies.
💙

Depression & Anxiety

We don’t just manage symptoms, we work to understand what’s driving them.

Bipolar Disorder & Mood Disorders

Mood disorders are complex and often misunderstood. We take the time to get the diagnosis right, and build treatment around it.We don’t just manage symptoms, we work to understand what’s driving them.
🧩

Addiction & Substance Use

Alcohol, drug, and substance use treated within a mental health framework. We see you are more than a diagnosis.
